This 'N That Around the Gallery

Potters Potting
We have many experienced potters at Tomé Gallery as well as talented beginners. The wheels are always spinning.

Pacifico Clayworks
Inside Tomé Gallery is Pacifico Clayworks, displaying the incredible work of Jan Pacifico. Jan is famous for her complete stoneware dinner services and her amazing crystalline porcelain.

Workshops
Seems like there's always a workshop of some sort going on back in Jan's studio. This one is hand-building bowls using 'pukis'.

Raku Firing
This looks like Chris Lunsford doing some fancing stepping while firing bowls outdoors in the ancient Japanese technique of Raku, which produces some amazing affects.

We have a wonderful mix of arts and crafts at The Tomé Art Gallery, including tinwork, weaving, lovely jewelry, pottery of all sorts, bottle cap creations, straw appliqué, religious art, cookbooks and poetry, felted bags and wall hangings and so much more. There is something to please almost everyone here, from the contempory to the more traditional southwestern look. We also have the world-famous work of the potters of Mata Ortiz in Casas Grande, Mexico. Come in any time!
